One of the main highlights of my studio. I can’t see myself producing without having the Manley somewhere in my input and output chain. The latest version has this fantastic high-pass option to filter the input into the old-school tube compressor, which helps to keep the dynamics alive and not over-squeeze the track while having hard compression.

Another great piece from Manley. This one is used more often for mastering purposes, though I often also use it on every channel while producing. It can change the character of a sound if used in the right way. I love the way I can EQ a mastered song with it, after taping it on my Tascam machine – it really compensates the missing frequencies.
