At 17:05 his tech says his clean sound comes from his fender super sonic, just using the front channel on the bassman side, slightly overdriven. just strat through that.

At 17:30 we've got 2 different kempers to give it 2 different sounds but their more flavours to add on top of the distortions and special effects and intros that sort of stuff that's what the kempers for it doesn't run all the time just for some of the fun bits.
