The Fender website features Simon and the guitars that he uses, including his signature Fender Stratocaster.

Simon Neil of Biffy Clyro uses a Fender Stratocaster Custom Shop, specifically a Heavy Relic '63 model, primarily for live performances, as mentioned in DIY.

In this video we see Simon playing his P7DC. This is also confirmed through this article.

Simon can be seen using a Standard Telecaster in this music video and also on some live shows.

In a YouTube video titled "Simon Neil (Biffy Clyro) - Acoustic - 28/03/2020," Simon Neil can be seen using the Ernie Ball Music Man St. Vincent HH Signature Guitar during a live performance from his home.

Simon uses a White Falcon for this live performance of Diary of Always (see video). He also mentions this guitar a lot in interviews, saying that he uses it mainly at home to write.

In this post on the Gretsch website, it's noted that in the music video for Biffy Clyro's single, "Howl", Neil can be seen dressed in a tuxedo and "strumming his Gretsch G6120T Players Edition Nashville." There is also an attachment of the full video at the bottom of the post.

Simon uses an ES-335 with dot inlay for songs like 'God & Satan' (see video).

Throughout his career, Simon Neil is seen playing a variety of Fender Stratocaster Electric Guitars, usually preferring his signature model. This is evident in a live performance during the Biffy Clyro set at the Isle of Wight Festival on June 16, 2019, as captured in Matty Shem's full broadcast on YouTube.

In the official music video for Biffy Clyro's single "Mountains," Simon Neil is visibly playing a Fender '72 Telecaster Custom, as documented in the video uploaded by Biffy Clyro on YouTube.

In a photo shared on social media by Biffy Clyro, Simon Neil is clearly seen playing a red Fairlane Zephyr.

In a photo from the Transmit Festival, Simon Neil is clearly seen using a Lâg Guitars Sauvage 612 Auditorium Cutaway Electric-Acoustic, as evidenced by the image available on Equipboard.
