Steve Onotera
Steve Onotera's Guitars
The sixth entry into Steve's successful series "World's Weirdest Guitars" i dedicated to showing off a modified version of the Hi-Flyer Phase 4 MT. His version includes a number of additional frets, allowing the player to coax notes of microtonal variation out of the instrument.
At 1:09-1:42 of "The Gear I Use" he displays his Garrison G-10 guitar. The guitar has a natural finish, a black pickguard, no cutaway, and a 14th fret neck join.
Steve goes into great detail demonstrating this oddity of a guitar in the fifth entry in his "World's Weirdest Guitars" series.

A slide guitar made out of hockey sticks (Steve is Canadian, after all.) After Steve expressed the idea of such a guitar to his father, his father and his associate, Rob the Wood Butcher, assembled this strange themed instrument. The video "The Hockey Stick Guitar" dedicated to the guitar, was also the first video Steve shot with his now wife, Jenny.
At 0:37-1:09 of "The Gear I Use", Steve Onotera can be seen holding a 1976 Ibanez Les Paul Copy. The guitar has two humbuckers, a three-way switch, and a sunburst finish.
At 1:42-2:42 of "The Gear I Use", Steve is shown holding this guitar. He uses this guitar very frequently and uses this guitar the most, ever since he saw it when browsing a guitar catalog. He had to Special Order the guitar, but he still enjoys the guitar and uses it in almost every video.
In his video "All Of My Guitars... for now" , at around 5:38, he claims that "it doesn't play all that great, but man... does it look cool." It also has his stamp of approval for the "guitar most likely to be used as a murder weapon."
In the YouTube video titled "I Didn't Need to Buy This Guitar...But I Did," Steve Onotera, known as samuraiguitarist, showcases his Rarities Quilt Maple Top Stratocaster, highlighting his decision to purchase and use this electric guitar.
Samuraiguitarist got this guitar from an Italian guitar maker.

At 4:20, Steve show off his surf green 112.
At 5:55, Steve begins to show off the Reverse Stratocaster. He compares it to a "cheap strat" (which, to be fair, it is), even going as far to say that it is his least favorite guitar that he owns.
Shown at 14:57. Steve, likely to his surprise, has gotten quite a bit of use out of this instrument. Bought because of a classic playing-guitar-while-jumping-out-of-the-water photoshoot, and because it was the cheapest guitar he could find at the time. Since purchasing it, Steve has used the instrument in a number of guitar based experiments, such as playing a guitar underwater, and dressing up in tin foil like a maniac to find the source of a weird signal his gear was picking up.
At 12:27, Steve presents this guitar to the camera. It is not in tune.
