Steven Severin's Gear
In this video you can see Steven Severin playing his Music Man Stingray. You can clearly see it at 0:57 in the video.
Steven Severin can be seen playing a Fender Jazz Bass in Vintage White in the official music video for "The Staircase (Mystery)" by Siouxsie and the Banshees at the 2:10 mark. He used this bass from the band's inception until the 1980s.
"I'd worked something out on the piano, and was trying to play the chord shape on the bass. It was impossible for my fingers to reach it, so I started tuning up two of the strings so I could use a simple shape and play the thing I wanted to play. Then it led on to all the shapes I played on a normally tuned guitar giving me a whole catalogue of new songs. It plays havoc with John, as I now play A/C/D/A# instead of E/A/D/G. And I've used a DX7 on 'Red Over White'."
In the YouTube video titled "Siouxsie and the Banshees - Redlight," Steven Severin is shown using the Yamaha CS-5 Analog Synthesizer.
Severin plays the Washburn B-20 during the ''Fireworks'' music video. The pyrotechnics hinder the vision a little, but you can see the headstock at 2:38 and a better shot at 3:24. No idea if he used in studio (probably not).
In this picture he appears to be using a 2x15 peavey cabinet

In a diagram of Steven Severin's bass rig with Siouxsie & The Banshees from the January 1986 issue of International Musician, the DOD FX65 Stereo Chorus is listed as part of his setup. Given the era, this is likely the chorus pedal he used at the time.
