At 25:10 in this interview, when asked how she got her natural overdrive sound, Sue Foley said:
I use a Fender Bassman '59 reissue and sometimes I use a little booster pedal. It's an AC Booster by ... I forget who it was. It's a real clean boost and sometimes I set them together and dial them in to get a little more drive. But we're really just playing with my regular stage sound. My tele through my Bassman is my sound.
