Starting toward the end of the "Model Room" era and going into the "Landsale 80'" era Susumu started using a Fernandez Artwave V-7 guitar a lot. It can be seen in the clip at 5m20s up close. It appears he only had one of these in yellow. They were also availible in white, and he's the only guy I know of who has ever used one of these guitars, probably because they did not get much distribution outside Japan.

The two switches below the volume and tone controls appear to be Hirasawa's own modification. A Q&A post on https://hirasawaslyrics.edoblog.net seems to indicate at least one is a humbucker coil-tap:

"He explained why the Backlund Model 400, the green guitar, has such a metallic-noise sound. He cancels one of the switches for the two sections in a pick-up to make the guitar play the metallic sound."
