Susumu Hirasawa is playing the guitar in this concert image, and dedicated a Twitter/'X' post to the guitar on Aug 3 2018. https://twitter.com/hirasawa/status/1025351862214524928
The two switches below the volume and tone controls appear to be Hirasawa's own modification. A Q&A post on https://hirasawaslyrics.edoblog.net seems to indicate at least one is a humbucker coil-tap:
"He explained why the Backlund Model 400, the green guitar, has such a metallic-noise sound. He cancels one of the switches for the two sections in a pick-up to make the guitar play the metallic sound."
