Here we can see Walter Becker performing with Steely Dan in 1973, playing a Gibson Thunderbird bass.

NOTE: It is a 1965 Thunderbird (tuning pegs), which is not exactly the item I selected.

Walter Becker is pictured with a Sadowsky Jazz Bass, featuring a maple fretboard and a distinctive paint job, in a user-uploaded photo by Sandrine Lee. The bass appears to be in excellent condition, with a perfectly straight neck, suggesting it plays beautifully.
