In this Beatport Studio Session video, Ukrainian duo Woo York discuss their studio, including their use of the Roland TR-8.
We do all of the drums, almost all of the drums, is done on the TR-8. This machine is good because it can serve as a drum machine stand alone as well as you can trigger some other stuff from this. So, for example, we never user the internal bass drum, but we'd rather use our own bass drums and we just trigger it using the sequencer that is inside this machine.
