I've never even come close to maxing out on DSP... Allows me to simultaneously run as many plug-ins & VSTs I could want

The world's best audio interface.

It doesn't really matter what I say here, words simply cannot convey just how incredible this device is. This interface is not for your basic bedroom recording studio- this is professional grade all the way.

Right out of the box, its build quality is evident. It's a sleek, sexy and compact unit from every angle. It honestly makes my entire rack case more attractive. The rack mount design keeps controls accessible and the full display visible. There is a plethora of I/O allowing for countless configurations. The UI is thoughtful, easy and effective. The audio quality is simply superb- easily the best sounding AD/DA conversion I've heard in my life. I cannot say enough good things about this product. UA delivers once again.

Two 1/4" HP jacks in front are super helpful and have physical gain control.

The rear is the 'business' end and is absolutely loaded with I/O.

Ideal Intro Analoge Synthesizer, Endless fun

For the price, this little guy delivers. Korg did a wonderful job modeling the noise and tonality of the real deal vintage MS20. You can spend endless amounts of time just designing and fine tuning your desired sound.

It is a budget product that feels somewhat fragile in terms of physical design, so I won't be moving mine much and staying gentle on all the pot knobs. Also unfortunate that the only out is a 3.5mm.... So yep, I had to purchase another interconnect cable out to 1/4"

Worth it in the end.

iPad just wins.

The future seems limitless when you start downloading some of the well designed apps that are being released these days. I've been particularly blown away by the new dimension I've opened up by utilizing MIDI connectivity into my DAW (or better yet MX-1).

Aside from it being a super fun toy to surf the web and check emails, it can be a productive powerhouse for a wide variety of purposes. If you have room in your setup and wallet, there is hardly any need to compare to other tablets. The iPad Air 2 is the best one on the market to this date.

Incredibly fun, super flexible, and addicting

I spent a lot of time debating whether or not the MX-1 was worth it, or whether it fit a real purpose in my set up. I purchased it rather impulsively and have never looked back.

I love this mixer, and it now is truly the centerpiece of my live and studio set ups. Everyone in audio knows there is something about getting your hands on a mixer that is undeniably satisfying. I was happy to find that the MX-1 provides that and so much more. From the digital/analog split flexibility, to variety of I/Os which can handle the majority of what a modern production studios will have to offer.

But that's still just the beginning. The MX-1's effects section allows control of parameters on all 16ch. Individually, as well as a master effects section for the main mix. Filter, Delay, Flanger, Bit Crush, Scatter and Roll are all perfectly adjusted and ready to lock into tempo to provide great sounding effects almost too easily. In the mixer section, each channel follows the simple yet flexable scheme featuring tone/filter knob and [BFX] and [MFX] to engage/disengage processing. A [Select] button allows individual, or grouped control of Gain, Panning, and other channel settings. I haven't even started to talk about its DAW compatability or External mixing ability......

I could keep going but I think I'm going to take a break and play with it for a while. Wow.

Great Design and Concept, Delicious full sound.

This unit brings to life all the joys of synthesis in an easy to use hands on format. The i/o capability of analog connectivity and digital USB3.0 provides extra application flexibility. Being able to sync the tempo to DAW is very helpful. Plug-Out packages will allow continued product development as well.

Super Flexible, Convenient, and Fast external HD System for the Studio

This clever little device has been the best Hard Drive system I've ever owned. It accepts two G-Drives of any kind (1TB, 2TB, 512gbFlash) at a time in its stacked garages. The Dock connects to computer via Thunderbolt, and actually has two thunderbolt connections to utilize. The G-Drives can be inserted and removed super easily, then they can be taken on the go and connected with USB3.0 Cables. A bit expensive, but the speed and ease of use has made it worth while.

Great Sound, Accurate Response, and affordable

For this cost range of Monitors, these are hard to beat. Great Sound and will fill a small-medium sized control room with ease. The LSR308s have a nice midlow-low end which does come through. But throw in the sub if you really want the full pronounced bass (the sub is equally impressive)

Mac v PC: We all pick a side... if you choose Mac, there is no better or more powerful option than MBP, retina for flair too.

If you already know Mac Operating systems like most of us do, than this will likely be one of the smoothest, fastest, and functional laptops you have ever worked with. Although there is constant desire for more i/o ports and options, and some antiquated people a bit hurt about the disbanding of the super drive, but having dual thunderbolt, and dual usb 3.0 is hard to complain about. Oh yeah, and the retina display is absolutely gorgeous no denying it.

Downsides? EXPENSIVE, very expensive. Becareful with that beautiful new screen too, because replacing it out of coverage will cost you a cool $700 or so... Also the flash memory HD is extra expensive, i opted for the 512gb because you gotta go big or go home.

Treat it like your child, at $2,499 this machine is no toy.
