I wish I had a 12 because multivoice patches sound amazing on this thing. It's got a lot of capability. Minimal amount of menus, most of which are accessed quickly through buttons on the synth. It is very good for leads and pads in my opinion. Okay for basslines. It has a great arpeggiator with a lot of options.

Ready to go right out of the box, you can create a wide range of sounds in just a few minutes. It looks amazing and is very portable and light. The keys feel great and make it easy to play for people with smaller hands (like myself). The oscillators are decently varied (5, notably sawtooth and square) and the ability to change the sending of the LFO or ASDR is great. 8 note polyphony is just enough for me. Some of the sounds I've gotten out of it are really great! For 300$ I'm very satisfied. I bought this thinking it had no velocity response but it appears it may actually have a volume dependent velocity implementation so that was nice to find out.

This thing has a large number of ready to go patches that honestly sound great. It has very little in the way of editing patches on the synth itself, other than the ASDR + 1 FX and Reverb, but it does apparently have an editing program for PC/mac, which I have not used. The keys are okay they have this strange feeling which leaves something to be desired but it works great as a midi controller and has velocity (I use it with renoise and it makes applying velocity much easier).

A pretty good all in one solution for working on music. It supports a variety of recording modes for sequencing, but my favorite would be it's TR-Rec mode which is a slightly more limited version of a piano roll sequencer you might find in a modern DAW. It also has real time recording. Plenty of knobs for editing the patches. There is a small amount of menu diving involved for loading samples from a computer. The sound engine is okay, although it sounds somewhat metallic. Its best use may be for writing rhythms and sequencing external gear. It is capable of producing some great sounding music on its own though.
