One of my favorites
These don't get a lot of respect, even from DeArmond collectors, due to being Indonesian-made with a bolt on neck. But it's sound is perfect. This was used on most of the songs of A Lack of Champions' "Loser Breaks All."
Being a guitar from 1999 or so, it's not necessarily perfect. The finish is definitely sensitive to the environment and a few cracks are present. But it's sound is very bright and provides the melodic buzzsaw noise I like.

A good classic.
I wound up selling this due to the fact it's age was wearing it down, and I have too many guitars due to compulsiveness . But it is a great Japanese work of art. Would recommend to anyone wanting a unique guitar in the collection.

It came with some imperfections, but it is one of my favorites.
I bought this off ebay from a seller in Japan. It came to me with some problems with the wiring that needed fixed. The humbucker also tended to squeal a lot. But some work was done and it is a buzzsaw of sound.
It's Korean-made, according to who I bought it from. Probably from 1990 or 1989, before Fernandes changed headstock shapes to avoid trouble with Fender. It is something I am very happy to have. It is a little fragile from the years, so I use it sparingly and delicately to avoid damage.

Regardless of whether it's considered legit or not, it is my strat and I love it.
This had no name on the headstock when I bought it. It was officially a part caster. It has a hot rails pickup in the bridge, a fender pickup in the middle, and a lipstick in the neck position. The plate on the back says "Fender."
Regardless of whether it is a legit Fender or a modded Squier, it's sound is as tough as my other loved guitars. The strings are just a little painful and I have not gotten around to changing them. So it's not one I pull out often.

Reliable.
I have had mine since 2021. It has taken some beatings, but it continues to do what I need it to do. It gives me the sound I desire. Crunchy and bright.
Preferred Settings + Usage:
Tone at the middle. Everything else turned all the way to the right.

Magnificent
It is a thick guitar for sure, but beautiful and with a very bright and vengeful sound, perfect for what A Lack of Champions play.
Preferred Settings + Usage:
Bridge pickup. Volume and tone all the way up.
