Aria RS Cat Guitar & RSB Cat Bass (IM Jul 86)

muzines.co.uk

The Aria Pro II The Cat offers surprisingly good style and finish for its low price, making it a great entry-level option. While the RS Cat guitar has a solid feel and decent playability, its hardware and electronics are basic, and the use of plywood for the body is a drawback. The RSB Cat bass shares similar strengths in appearance and comfort but suffers from thin fret wire and cheap electronics. Despite these flaws, both instruments deliver respectable sound quality, making them solid choices for beginners on a budget.

A good classic.

I wound up selling this due to the fact it's age was wearing it down, and I have too many guitars due to compulsiveness . But it is a great Japanese work of art. Would recommend to anyone wanting a unique guitar in the collection.
