Tommy Siegel
Tommy Siegel's Gear
In the Gear Masters episode featuring Jukebox The Ghost, Tommy Siegel is seen using a Rogue VB100 Violin Bass. While he alternates between a Rogue and a Hofner violin bass, this particular episode highlights his use of the Rogue model on stage in 2016.
At 1:29 in the Gear Masters video, Tommy introduces his Breedlove acoustic/electric, which he used on stage until he got a smaller acoustic from his 2018 D'Angelico deal. I believe he sold it (or was trying to sell it) in 2018, he posted it on Craigslist complete with Jukebox The Ghost-marked case, but all relevant postings have been deleted by the sands of time (or by human intervention, to keep his address hidden.)
You can see it used at any pre-2018 concert which requires an acoustic guitar plugged in (he brings a different acoustic on tour for more intimate recording situations.) Here is a very nice performance of Long Way Home https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ajrF5eFccnE
In a live performance of "Colorful" by Jukebox The Ghost, Tommy Siegel plays the LM-110 The Loar Honey Creek A-Style Mandolin, as seen in a video by ALT Fort Wayne. Prior to the Off To The Races tour, Tommy tweeted about urgently acquiring an electric mandolin from Sam Ash in Manhattan, where this model was available in 2018.
In an Instagram post, Tommy Siegel highlights his use of the Gibson SG Standard, mentioning an upcoming performance with Narc Twain at Mercury Lounge, New York.
Tommy appears to play his PRS S2 Mira on the nights where Jukebox the Ghost performs as HalloQueen (a Queen cover band they play as around Halloween). He introduces it as a gift from PRS in the Gear Masters video.
Tommy plays a Duo Sonic for their appearance on Conan in 2018. He began using it live on stage in 2019, as seen here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fuut7Kn3nGU
Tommy secured a sponsorship from D'Angelico Guitars in 2018, near the release of Off To The Races, and he used a green & gold D'Angelico Deluxe Bedford as his main electric for that entire tour.
At 48:03 in this 2018 concert, Tommy switches from guitar to bass and picks up what appears to be an Eastwood Sidejack. He doesn't seem to be the vintage guitar sort, so I'm assuming it's not a Mosrite Avenger, but I would be happy to be proven wrong! This is the only time I've seen him with this bass.
Tommy played D'Angelico guitars on stage for Jukebox The Ghost's Off To The Races tour in 2018. He can be seen playing a Premier Niagara acoustic-electric in performances such as Diane (see video).
Tommy Siegel and Ben Thornewill have been sharing a pink Johnson JP-800 Precision-style bass since 2018. Ben is primarily the pianist, and only plays bass on "People Go Home" in a regular set (but also "Another One Bites The Dust" and "Crazy Little Thing Called Love" during their Halloqueen sets). It is crazy every time.
Tommy can be seen playing the OU58 throughout their stripped-down JBTV performance. I believe he tours with it too, for radio promos and the like. More recently, Jukebox The Ghost has recorded songs with the baritone ukulele, namely "See You Soon" and "Getting Older."
Tommy plays a pink Squier Mini Stratocaster in the video for Everybody's Lonely https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E43rlysYbl4
The video saw the band (and the guitar) get pelted with paint. Jesse reveals that he has it in his possession during a livestream on August 26, 2020, and licked the strings.
