This is the crémé de la crémé. If you can only have one large diaphragm valve condenser, this should be it.
This enormous piece of home studio has 8 mic preamps, full sized motorised faders, midi in/out, FireWire and optical input. Faders can be switched through 4 banks. Biggest drawback is Tascam stopped supporting it and there are no 64 bit drivers for Mac. (For Windoze there are.) So I use an old laptop. Who cares? It's about the music, maaaan!
