Beautiful analog sounds and inspires playing
This is one of the most beautiful analog delays I’ve ever played. Even without the modulation it is worth the price of admission. But the four different styles of modulation add something special, and the ability to save and recall the four presets on the pedal is wonderful and not too much as too be overwhelming. Highly recommend to anyone who like analog delays.

Finicky but awesome
For someone who mostly lives in an analogue tube-based amp world this was a revelation to pair with Origin Effects amp recreation pedals and their matching IRs for headphone-based playing of exceptional sound quality and feel, and also for use with an FRFR cabinet. Having said that, I have to read the manual ever time I add a new IR, largely because I don’t do that often; if you did it would be second nature to you but I do find that all a bit finicky to use. Still, highly recommended!
Preferred Settings + Usage:
For use with Origin Effects amp recreation pedals and matching IRs.

Versatile and powerful tube fuzz
This is an incredibly versatile and powerful tube fuzz. The Input Z control in particular allows you to tailor this to a wide range of rigs (guitars and amps especially). The other controls allow you to create a wide range of fuzz tones from very wooly to very sharp; again, allowing tailoring to your specific rig and signal chain.

One of my fav pedals
This is one of my favourite pedals, and never leaves my small board. The effect loop makes it sensationally flexible - especially with modulation pedals in that loop - and the tones are distinct and to die for on their own or stacked. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Unbeatable flanger and chorus tones
I adore this analogue pedal. It has unbeatable flanger and chorus tones. My only very small gripe is that when you turn it on mid-song there’s a very slight delay as it gets going, which several people have noted. It’s not material and may not be a pervasive issue - and in fact it may depend on signal chain placement too - but thought it worth noting amid an otherwise frothy feeling about it.
Jan 2026 edit: Dan from TPS noted to me that the volume dropout that occurs when you switch it on should be absent or less pronounced when in true bypass mode. That is true but doesn’t eliminate the issue entirely.

A complete drive section in one pedal
This is a complete drive section in one pedal. It really does do it all and being able to use the three different circuits on their own or together offers endless variations. Sounds awesome, looks awesome, and only takes one power slot from your pedalboard (albeit a bit of real estate). Also stacks well with other drive and fuzz pedals.

Spectacular sounds; requires some learning
Spectacular sounds but requires some learning. This amp capture pedal captures some classics and some wildcards and as a result is a really fun mix of amps to play. Combined with the extensive stereo (and other) functionality and being able to control tone in a very detailed way, it’s a winner. It’s an expensive unit, but worth it in my opinion. And that’s mostly using it as a headphone amp!

It doesn’t get much better
It doesn’t get much better than this for a full featured reverb and delay pedal, which is complemented by the Neuro app in terms of having access to lots of other users’ presets. It does take a fair bit of learning to save and access presets, but even just in manual model I think it’s worth the price of admission, which is admittedly high.

My favourite analogue delay
This is my favourite analogue delay. I’ve compared it to the Analogman dual delay, and many times have been close to buying the Suhr Discovery, but that would mean removing this from my board, and I just don’t wanna. So so good. So so simple. And with tap tempo!
