This reverb is not "neutral", but is not cold either. It has a color, but once you like this color, you just can't do without !
This is the best Leslie sound i ever heard, it give you also a small background "wind" noise, but it doesn't bother more than that, it could actually be a part - like with a true B3 - of the sound.

I use it together with my distortion pedal, to set up the sound one (and sometimes two) octave (s) higher, it gives you a sound between saturation and guitar Synth. Just great.
