Deep Trip is a boutique effects pedal company based in downtown São Paulo, Brazil, founded in 2007 by Du Menegozzo. Every unit is hand-soldered and assembled by Menegozzo himself, combining vintage analog fuzz circuits with modern features and expanded tonal controls. Deep Trip also produces the Stormy Monday vintage overdrive and the Malacaxêta, a signature overdrive/distortion with three-band EQ and semi-parametric mids developed in collaboration with Brazilian guitarist Pepeu Gomes.
