Doff is a Saint-Petersburg-based Russian manufacturer of acoustic guitars and traditional Russian folk instruments. The company traces its origins to 2002, when a group of enthusiasts acquired the equipment and remaining materials of the former Lunacharsky Musical Instruments Factory in Leningrad. After several years of building conventional acoustic guitars, the company shifted direction around 2009 toward designs rooted in Russian lutherie, drawing inspiration from historical makers such as Ivan Krasnoshchekov, Ivan Batov, Julius Zimmermann, Arkhuzen, and Paserbsky.

Doff is best known as a producer of seven-string Russian guitars, an instrument tuned in open G that fell out of mainstream production during the Soviet era. The catalog includes models such as the RGC, RGS, and RGV seven-string guitars, the PL parlor, the 017 Parlor romantic/classical guitar, and the T travel guitar, alongside six-string acoustics and folk instruments including balalaikas and domras. Construction typically uses solid-wood tops and traditional bracing patterns.

The workshop positions itself at the intersection of small-batch craftsmanship and revived Russian guitar-making tradition, and distributes internationally through Reverb and its own online shop in addition to supplying the domestic Russian market.
