Rossum Electro-Music is a California-based synthesizer company founded in 2015 by Dave Rossum, the engineer and co-founder of E-mu Systems whose earlier work helped define professional sampling and drum machine technology (notably the Emulator II and SP-1200). Based in the Santa Cruz area, the company focuses on Eurorack modular synthesizer modules that apply Rossum's signal-processing approach to the modular format.

The product line centers on a mix of sampling, filtering, and spectral tools. The Assimil8or is an eight-channel phase-modulation sampler, while the Panharmonium is a spectral resynthesizer that analyzes incoming audio and drives a bank of oscillators from the result. The Morpheus Z-Plane Filter is a modular reimagining of the Morpheus synthesizer's interpolated filter system, and Evolution is a variable-character ladder filter. Additional modules include Control Forge, Satellite, Linnaeus, Triton, Locutus, and Mob of Emus.

The company has also released a reissue of the SP-1200 sampling drum machine, returning one of Rossum's most recognizable E-mu designs to production. Rossum Electro-Music is generally associated with the experimental and sound-design end of the Eurorack market, favoring complex DSP-driven modules over simple utilities.
