In this Youtube video Mk.gee is playing a Fender Jaguar 1:35 to 1:55 shows the guitar clearly. Fender Jaguar can be read on the headstock and it can be seen that there are only two pickups so it isn't a HH or HS.

Mk.gee is using a Fender Stratocaster Electric Guitar in the live performance at Pitchfork Paris 2019, as seen in the video by ChaleurHumaine on YouTube titled "Mk.gee - Over Here - live at Pitchfork Paris 2019."
On his most recent tour, Mk.gee used the Soma Laboratory PULSAR-23 to perform multiple songs. He has a yellow edition, which is the Andrew Huang version. This is confirmed by an image from the tour.
