Shabat Guitars is a boutique electric guitar and bass manufacturer based in Los Angeles, California. Founded in 2012 by luthier Avishay "Avi" Shabat, a graduate of the Algranti School of Lutherie, the company grew out of his earlier guitar repair and restoration business, Guitar Groomer. Before launching Shabat, Avi apprenticed at Los Angeles-area repair shops and worked at a boutique guitar company, building handmade instruments for several years.

The brand specializes in handcrafted, fully customizable electric guitars and basses built with premium tonewoods and high-end electronics.
