Tailored for the discerning bassist, this electric bass boasts a compound radius fingerboard that transitions seamlessly from 7.25" to 9.5", offering a comfortable and adaptable playing experience across the fretboard. Its Lollar J-style pickups provide unparalleled tonal versatility, delivering a dynamic range that can traverse from the warm, classic tones of the '70s to crisp, modern sounds.

The Cougar Bass is crafted from premium alder, with a flame roasted maple neck that ensures both durability and a touch of elegance. The medium C-shaped neck profile fits snugly in your hand, allowing for fluid movement and reduced strain during extended sessions. The rosewood fretboard, adorned with pearloid block inlays and binding, enhances the instrument's aesthetic while providing smooth playability. Finished in durable nitrocellulose lacquer and lightly aged for a vintage feel, each Cougar Bass is unique, exuding the character of a well-loved instrument.
