Turbosound is a British professional audio manufacturer founded in 1978 by Tony Andrews, Tim Isaac, and John Newsham, with roots tracing back to Andrews' 1973 Glastonbury "Festival System." The company built its reputation on modular, three-way touring loudspeakers, beginning with the TMS series — most notably the TMS-3, powered by the patented TurboMid midrange device, which earned the company a Queen's Award for Export Achievement in 1987.

The brand's catalog spans large-format touring rigs and installation systems including FLASHLIGHT, FLASHLINE, ASPECT, FLOODLIGHT, and the FLEX ARRAY line, along with the TSW-124, an early 24-inch horn-loaded sub-bass cabinet. On the portable and powered side, Turbosound produces the iQ, iP, and iNSPIRE series of self-powered loudspeakers and column PAs, many of which incorporate Klark Teknik DSP and KT DM digital mixing technology.

Now part of the Music Tribe group of brands, Turbosound systems have been used at venues and tours including Glastonbury, Roskilde Festival, the Grand Ole Opry, and Hakkasan, and have appeared on rigs associated with acts such as Pink Floyd, The Cure, and Oasis.
