One of the finest neck-thru guitars ever made!
Sadly, the Armada is no longer made. The Armada is often called the "LP Killer" yet different enough to be it's own thing. The 2/4 tuner configuration gives it an edge w/tuning stability. It's the 1st & only neck thru guitar made by EB Music Man as of this review. I can't say anything negative about it. The only take away for some players would be the "big baseball bat" neck.

A Korean made Les Paul that doesn't break the bank
I love the simplicity of 3 knobs and the neck is great / perfect width. I've got the Seymour Duncans in mine & it's so much more articulate than stock pick-ups w/out the fizziness that comes with recording high gain amps. I like it more than the PRS S22.

A great pedal w/a good tone suck!
This pedal is it's own thing and sits well with hi-gain amps. It really can add clarity and knock the edge off of the parts of a song that need a little dialing back. I've not heard another pedal like it.

Best Epiphone I've ever played
Epiphone stepped up their game in 2020 w/the Gibson-Inspired Models. Is it as good as the 2020 Gibson Firebird? No, but it's as good as the 2017 Gibson model? Just about! Gibson has really gotten back to what you'd expect from them. Epiphones have been up and down. I've given one away because it was so terrible. This is a great guitar and the value of this model has increased.

Excellent Tape Machine for printing a Stereo Mix / Mastering
Everything made by Studer is great. The sound is outstanding and the transport is more stable than ATR 1/2" machine.

Printing a Stereo Mix through Dolby SR @15ips adds a nice high-mid presence while eliminating the hiss that comes with running a machine at 15 inches per-second.

Amazing Microphone
The KM 53a is one of my favorite vintage(1961) Tube SDC Mic's of all time. The KM 53a has an omni-directional capsule. The KM 50 series would be the predecessor of Neumann's highly desired solid state KM 80 series - most famously, the KM 84 which quickly became an Industry Standard for Drum Overheads. The KM 53a captures silky yet crispy hi's w/out the sibilance. I use it for Acoustic Guitar, Strings and as a mono Drum Overhead about 2-3' directly over the Drummer's head. It picks up low-mid's very well for a SDC and offers up some of the nicest saturation one could wish from a tube mic.

The best IC/Op-Amp based Mic Preamp
Sytek manufactured the Neotek Consoles in Chicago. This is the same preamp that was used in the console. Steve Albini used these Consoles at Electrical Audio and they are superb.. These are great for Ribbon Mics or Overheads. The transient response is quick and the transformer-less design prevents your cymbals and hats from getting too "swishy" sounding. They have 70db of gain, Phantom Power(48v), Phase Reverse and a Mute switch. Many come w/Burr Brown Op-Amps as an added feature to channels 2&4.

6 on a passive Ribbon and 3.5 on Overhead SDC Microphones

Great Chorus Pedal and perfect for a stereo guitar rig
The pedal is easy to use w/2 knobs, however, you will probably need the 18 volt adapter for your power supply because it runs on two 9 volt batteries. It has one mono input and two outputs. This is one one of the best chorus pedals I've used. The sound can be unnoticeable when using it w/2 amps or it can be over the top if that's what you want. This thing is built like a tank and the engage button and contacts will never wear out.

PRS S2 Standard 22 Tobacco Unfinished w/out the Doves!
This guitar sounds amazing and plays beautifully w/out those Godforsaken doves(this one has dot inlays). The Coil-tap on the back puts you in Tele territory. It's American and only 999 Bucks! The unfinished model is almost as light as an SG as opposed to the painted or charcoal S22's. The neck is perfect and the G string never falls out. I've had it in Drop C# Standard for 48hrs and it has stayed in tune perfectly. This is by far the best guitar for under 2k you can buy and it's one of the best I've owned. I put it up against a few Gibson 2020 models as well as other pricey PRS guitars. I could not justify the cost and I already own an Armada that I'm scared to ding up. Not this baby! Oh... and It shreds too. The PRS Tremolo is probably my favorite now.

It may be a glorified Power Strip w/a fuse, lights and that steadily reads Line Voltage, but every professional Studio or Engineer should have one.
I run an Isolated transformer and a balancing transformer that provides the best quality power possible and cuts the noise from the Master Volume of my Amek Mozart Console to zero where it hissed steadily before. The Furman always stays between 118-122 and is plugged into an UPS Back-Up so the truth is that you can't run a professional studio w/out at least isolating your power w/an Acme Transformer(about 5-6K purchased & installed) w/a separate circuit breaker for your equipment or something of the equivalent. All this said, running underpowered is dangerous for the life of your gear and monitoring w/a Furman PL-PLUS C is a great way to know when to turn your gear off and every redundancy is good even if it's the only one you have. I run Vintage Outboard Gear that I've owned for a long time and my mid-late 60's LA2A only needs a tube every 7-14 months & it gets used 365 days a year.

This is a 3-Slot 500 series 1073 with extra high frequencies w/a Direct Input that sounds incredible for Bass/Guitar. The D just means Deluxe!
Sounds just like my BAE 1073 Console Modules, but the 1073D is my 1st choice for Vocal tracking due to the extra High Frequencies that are not included on my regular 1073's.
