Hugely let down by some weak sounds, most noticeably the terrible snare.
It’s good for a little analogue drum machine on the cheap, but there are better options out there
It holds a wicked set of preset sounds and is very intuitive to use. It is incredibly limited with what you can do with it, but it’s really great fun.
One of the most unruly of synths that there is. It’s a right bitch to tame and it doesn’t alway play nice, but when you work out how to use it and you catch it on a good day it will blow you away with what it’s capable of.
Based on part of the MS-20 it is truly analogue apart from the 4 part drum sequencer on board.
I wish they carried the build, size and design over to the Volcas. It is very robust and has great action on the pots and switches.
It will mostly be a noisy mofo, but you will love it all the same.
A classic
Awesome with Korg Gadget on the iOS. Really opens it up and makes producing tracks quicker and neater. It’s quite pricy for what it is but it s well worth it
It was good at version one, and 5 years later on the second 2.0/Gadget2 it is becoming quite the powerhouse.
So easy to use and very powerful.
My most used of all music software by a long shot
But I didn’t get on with the workflow.
The build quality is first class though
