Description
Introducing the Korg Mini Kaoss Pad 2, a compact yet powerful DJ effect unit that fits right in your hand. Packed with the well-known KORG touchpad, it offers you the ability to intuitively control 100 different effects. This device also comes with a handy sampler function for loading and triggering a variety of sounds, making it perfect for both playing and performing.
This little marvel is also a fully functional sampler for DJs, allowing you to prepare sound effects or voice samples for your DJ work or live performance. You can choose from three different playback methods: One Shot, Gate, and Loop. Plus, the sampler function lets you adjust the playback speed and specify the playback start position, giving you total control over your sound.
Another exciting feature is the touchpad that lets you control effects freely. You can create real-time effects by merely stroking the touchpad with your fingertip. Poor Build Quality
The amount of filters this thing offers is incredible but it doesn't have the build quality to be in the portable class. It'll fit into your pocket but can't handle normal wear and tear. I fumbled it while putting it on the table and broke the power button (plastic), fixed it, and then out of the blue the touch pad stopped working. I still have a GBA that I bought in the late 90s thats been through more at a comparable price. The broken power button was on me but the touch pad not working randomly is ridiculous.
