Always find new sounds
Excellent synth. There are so many sounds on it, its mind blowing. I mainly use it for strings and pads.

Big Ableton fan
I have been using Ableton for about 6 years. I also have a copy of Logic and used Cubase and Reason previously but I find Ableton the best by far for me. Can work very quickly with it and the built in effects are excellent.

My favourite DJ headphones
I use these to DJ with but also when producing away from the studio. Easy to pack due to their size. I also use these to check mixes on along side the Beyers and the Sennheisers. Had these for years and can't see myself trading them up anytime soon.

Why are these the de facto DJ headphones? Is the isolation amazing or something? Seems like you'd want that when playing live... am I wrong about that? These just seem like the "you can't go wrong with them" headphones :)

yeah the isolation is excellent with them, but its all down to personal taste.

Nice headphones
One of 3 pairs of headphones I use to check mixes on. Nice low end but I find the highs are rolled off just a little too much.

Excellent interface
The best audio interface I have owned so far. Excellent sound and nice mac integration. Great headphone output also.

At the heart of my studio
I have the 2.5 i7 Quad model. Plenty of power which handles big Ableton projects with lots of plugins running.
