What a surprisingly wonderful instrument.
I have no idea why the Classic is a little cheaper and is, by and large, considered some sort of "lesser" Les Paul, but this is truly an outstanding guitar. I did own an old "early 90s" Classic which was indeed a great guitar, but this is definitely a step up from that. Mine's a 2021 hence it came with the updated switching, split coil on both pickups, out-of-phase option with both pickups engaged, and blower switch on bridge pickup, but I have to say that even without all that stuff it would be a fantastic les Paul, then the modern switching takes it to another level. The playability also is second to none, definitely one of the easiest to play guitars I own, the straight into the amp sound is also as good as the classic (no pun intended!) Les Paul sounds we all know and love (Beano Clapton, Page, Peter Green, etc etc...). So far I've only used it on one session and one live appearance, and both times I've been complimented on the sound, by the producer and fellow musicians alike. That's proof enough for anybody!

In a class of its own.
For the last few years Les Paul Custom's are being made exclusively at the Custom Shop, those guys know what they're doing and it shows. I'm not afraid to change/upgrade where & when it's needed, but apart form replacing the tuners with Sperzel locking ones I haven't done anything else, this guitar's perfect as it is, pickups and all, don't change anything: just plug in and enjoy this wonderful instrument. Highly recommended.

Awesome pedal, one of the best ever.
Awesome pedal, much more than an "Eddie in a box", it can go from extremely light breakup (i.e. 60's British Blues) all the way to raging distortion and everything in between. Typical MXR solid construction and the built in Noise Gate, something I've never personally been very fond of, is actually very good and, used judiciously, it kills the noise with no side effects. It'd be nice to have the Boost function switchable, but I can happily live with this pedal as it is. Highly recommended.

Awesome pedal.
Great "two in one", highly professional pedal, very much along the lines of the Fulltone FullDrive, however with the benefit of being able to use either the Overdrive or the Boost, or both, and the tones it produces are definitely in the "best of boutique" category. A little noisy at higher settings, I found Keeley stuff to be the best in this department also, however with the amp on crunch I can happily keep the Gain on the pedal at 12 o'clock and still get that "turbo charged 70s British Rock" sound we all know & Luv! Very hard to beat...

Top notch, simple as.
I have to say that Music pays my bills, whether it's guitar lessons, gigs or sessions, so gear is of the utmost importance to me, and this yellow thing is one of the best OD pedals I've ever tried! I own some very sought after boutique ones as well as some top of the range standard production ones and in all honesty the LT-Drive compares with the best of them; whether with a Les Paul or a Strat or anything else the sound is always warm, clear & articulate even at highest settings, I can just leave it "on" and basically control everything just with the way I pick and set the controls on the guitar. Also, it's literally built like a tank (very much like MXR stuff) it has silent switching, low level of floor noise, and it's cheap. If this doesn't make for an awesome pedal, I don't know what does!

Among the very best, simple as.
It simply doesn't come any better than these pickups. I have owned few vintage instruments and have played many Gibson's equipped with 50s PAF's, however with some of that old gear even though by and large vintage stuff is great it can also be a gamble as you can come across the occasional dud. Two different sources, very knowledgeable people, recommended these pickups to me and as soon as I strummed a couple of chords I recognised straight away "that sound"! Punchy, warm yet with enough treble which allows me to cut through any live or studio situation; just like the perfect PAF. Playing guitar pays my bills, so my gear is of paramount importance to me, and I have to say that these pickups turned my Custom Shop '58 Reissue into the perfect tool, which after having played it nearly every day for the last 4 years is now just as good as a real '58; and I know what I'm talking about.

Simple, ingenious, cheap, supremely effective; perfect.
It works so well it has now become a staple on all my Les Paul's & Les Paul-style guitars. It's very simple to fit however I gave it to my tech who knows how to work on guitars better than me(!) especially when it comes to electronics, and once fitted it straight away became indispensable. Many companies nowadays offer mini tuners, which work very well and admittedly do save a lot of space on a pedalboard, but this thing makes and type of tuner completely redundant. Oh yeah, and the battery lasts a long time too.

One of the best pieces of gear ever
Adds a wonderful "Tube feel" to any type of amps, whether valve or solid state, from warm break up all the way to full distortion: a real mini-amp!

Well, it's not loud enough to gig with a drummer - although an extension speaker may help with more volume. And surely there are all sorts of 50W Marshalls, even quiet ones.

Believe me, I was surprised at how loud it is! Among other things I play guitar in a 4 piece outfit, very late 60s/early 70s/Led Zeppelin inspired, where the drummer has a 26" bass drum, and even at festivals I've never had a problem even when I didn't plug it into an extension cab, neither to hear myself nor to be heard. Also, the Marshall in question was a Modern/Vintage 50W combo, which I eventually got rid of in favour of, and pound for pound/watt for watt the Vox always matched it. I've played through a lot of stuff, Fender, Orange, Mesa Boogie, Marshall, the usual suspects, but honestly, this is the amp that has surprised me the most!
