Ableton Live Suite 9 is a perfect DAW for me. It includes so much functions and it is very creative ,but for beginners i would not recommend it.
...If you don't have enough money and space for an S8.
NIs Traktor S5 is a high quality, easy to use Controller that comes with great functions and a built-in audio interface. Nothing to criticize here, that is worth mentioning.
NIs Monark comes with great features and sound. Creating your own great sounding patches is really easy.
If you haven't got so much money and if you are producing without using so much Vocals, then it is a Perfect Mic and Recorder even for Vocals. Very Nice for the price! 5 Stars! Also buy the Accessory Pack, you'll need it!
It is a MIDI Keyboard with many DAW-Control Functions. I am using it together with Ableton Live. It works but some of the functions are only working with Reason or Cubase. Because of that only 4 Stars
Maschine Mk2 is a wonderful thing to use in your Studio. You'll need about a year to find out all the functions, but then it's perfect. You can't only use it for drums, it has so much potential!!! You get a huge Collection of Samples, Sounds and Also NI Massive, Prism, Solid Bus Comp and Scarbee Mark 1.

A very difficult decision: KRK RP6 G3 vs YAMAHA HS7. I listened to the Monitors 3 times in different stores, on different days. The first time i thought the KRKs were a lot better than the HS7s. The HS7s sounded a bit too sharp for me. Next time i heard some more music with vocals and the Yamaha's sounded so much better i must hear them another time! So, last time, i went into JustMusic and listened to both of them. The KRKs sound a bit more bassy, but not so flat, clear and precise like the HS7s, so i decided to buy them. The HS8s doesn't sounded better just louder.
