A beautiful instrument
I was gifted this instrument as miraculously and swiftly as it was taken from me. A friend of mine owned this trombone and stopped playing, and I was gifted the instrument after I performed for her mother and fell into her family's good graces. The trombone was about $3,500 at the time, upwards of $4,000 now, and it still astounds me how something of such value fell so easily into my possession. It became my favorite trombone I'd ever played. Unfortunately, the trombone and its case (along with many more thousands in equipment) were destroyed in a hurricane. I miss playing this instrument often, and for what I played, it was perfect. It's a shame I couldn't use it for longer.
