According to the Radiohead fansite The King of Gear, the Steinberger is a CR4M and was "[u]sed live by Colin from 2002 until the In Rainbows tour, first on Pyramid Song, and later on Sail To The Moon as well. This bass was also used on the recording of Sail To The Moon."
Dudu Lima uses the NS Designs CR4M, as evidenced by an Instagram post where he mentions performing with the instrument at the Oktoberfest in Saquarema. The post, authored by Lima himself, features a photo by Antonio Rodrigues.
