In a 2006 photo of Jonny Greenwood in the control room at Tottenham House during the recording of Radiohead’s In Rainbows, the distinctive keypads and knob layouts of two AMS DMX 15-80S Digital Delay rack units are visible in the bottom left rack case, providing evidence of Nigel Godrich's use of this equipment. An AMS RMX 16 is also visible in the upper left rack unit.

Philip Selway is confirmed to use the Neumann M 50 Microphone, as evidenced by photographs taken at the library in Tottenham House during the recording sessions for "In Rainbows" in September or October 2006. These images show a pair of Neumann M 50 microphones being used as stereo overhead mics for Selway’s drum kit, in conjunction with a Neumann M49 or M50 as the center overhead microphone. The AKG C12 microphones can be identified in photographs taken at the library of Tottenham House in September or October 2006, during the recording sessions for "In Rainbows." These microphones were utilized as stereo overheads on Philip Selway's drum kit, in conjunction with a Neumann M49 or M50 serving as the center overhead. Philip Selway is confirmed to use the Neumann M49 microphone during the recording of "In Rainbows." Philip Selway is confirmed to use LP Latin Percussion Congas, as evidenced by a photo from the recording sessions of "In Rainbows" where he is seen playing them.

Thom was first seen with an MXR M-104 Distortion + Guitar Pedal in photos on DAS from the recording of In Rainbows. He used on the In Rainbows tour, and later for the 2010 Atoms for Peace tour. It can be seen on the main board in the source photo, second from right. The MXR Distortion + is also listed as part of Thom's gear on fan sites.

"During the recording sessions for In Rainbows, the big box version of this pedal can be seen next to Thom’s Tech 21 XXL, so it is probably that he used it, though the parts recorded with it may not have made it to any of the final versions of songs."

Thom Yorke is confirmed to use the Young Chang Piano U-121, as evidenced by an image depicting Jonny Greenwood playing this piano during the recording sessions for In Rainbows.

At, 2:15, Colin can be seen using a Roland PCR-500 synthesizer, live, on "Videotape," by Radiohead.

According to the Radiohead fansite The King of Gear, the Steinberger is a CR4M and was "[u]sed live by Colin from 2002 until the In Rainbows tour, first on Pyramid Song, and later on Sail To The Moon as well. This bass was also used on the recording of Sail To The Moon."

"Used for live performances of 15 Step, from the original In Rainbows touring until 2012, when Ed began using has Strymon Timeline for the part. Ed used the unit to trigger samples of the effected Autoharp heard on the album version of the track."
