Unknown Acoustic Guitar

Unknown Acoustic Guitar. Owned by my Mother, and found in my grand parents basement and was given to me. I then as a kid proceded to cover it with Transformers hologram stickers. It was con-ed off me by a relative who said they would restring and tune if for me, but I never seen it again.
