My favorite transparent overdrive
This is hands-down my favorite transparent overdrive I've ever played through. It really does an excellent job of retaining my original guitar tone, just dirtier. I also love the versatility of having the red remote switch to switch between the two different clipping modes. It's like gain staging in one pedal.
Mr. Novak is a wizard
This pickup has been the heart of my guitar tone now for several years, one of the best investments I ever made for my Tele
Simply the most gorgeous Delay/Reverb I've ever used.
The tonal quality and ease of use of this pedal continues to astound me. The tone of the delays and the reverb are just simply luscious no matter what setting you have it at. This is perhaps one of my favorite musical purchases I've ever had.
Solid workhorse amp
I traded my VOX AC15 for this amp because I needed something with more headroom. This is a solid amp, and after a speaker swap and new tubes, it's been treating me really well. A huge improvement over the earlier models (Of which I've owned 2)
Works well, sucks tone.
This pedal gets the job done, but I would shy away if you're real snobby about your tone, it definitely sucks it away. It's always quite noisy if you use the tuner port for a tuning pedal.
Great for gigging.
I'm no particular about tuner pedals, but this pedal allows you strum all your strings at once and tells you which ones are out of tune, beautiful for concerts.
Old Faithful.
I'm all about gear that is faithful and has a sort of "Workhorse" quality. The Pedal Power 2 from Voodoo is arguably the most popular and widely used power supply. I've had zero issues, other than I wish they came with a longer power cable.
An absolute workhorse
I've owned this delay pedal for several years now and have never had a single problem with it. Mine has been faithful, and strong. It also has just about every type of delay sound you could want. What I love most about this pedal is it's "Spillover" function, which allow your reverb tails to play out once you bypass the pedal. It helps when I go from a more ambient part, to something a little more spastic. I can allow the ambient soup to naturally decay, while riffing overtop it.
Amazing reverb.
This reverb pedal is amazing. The ability to save different settings per each preset reverb is amazing, a total game changer for my rig.
Fun little toy.
This pedal is pretty nifty, I have it just to make noise at shows. I wish it had a few more features, I don't know what though.
Brilliant amp, great for mods.
I got one of these off a trade, I really liked it right away. it's an excellent studio amp (And venue amp, if they're miking the amps). I replaced the tubes, the spring reverb tank, and the speaker (Eminence Cannabis Rex) and just adore this amp now.
Great Overdrive for the price.
This is not the best overdrive I have ever played, but for the money it's a no-brainer. I actually liked the tone of this more than my Ibanez TS9. You can also spend about 40 bucks to have JHS mod this to either their "Strong Mod" or their High Gain Mod", the strong mod is excellent, everything you want out of a Tubescreamer type overdrive.
A compressor for people who dislike compressors.
I have tried tons of different compressors, and this one takes the cake. I love that I can set it to the low compression setting, then set the blend knob about 50% to help clarify my tapping, without squashing my guitar signal. This pedal can compress as gentle or as aggressively as you'd like.
