Brilliant headphones for the Price.

I bought these in my hometown of Bristol, and they BLEW ME AWAY!!!! The response is basically flat. At first, I thought that there was little bass in the headphones but as I used them for about an hour, they started to show their true colors. I use them with the Focusrite Scarlett 2i2, and even though I have to whack the volume of the headphones up to full volume, they are still the best headphones I have ever used.

AMAZING!!

This daw is brilliant for anyone who has dyslexia or a visual impairment as it is simple, and easy to use, especially with the ability to change the skin of the software. A must have for anybody looking for a professional DAW.

What? A Pocket-Sized drum machine?

The Volca Beats is part of a series of small, but versatile line of synthesizers known as the Volca range. It has 6 Analogue sounds and 4 PCM (Sampled) Sounds (which cannot be swapped out). People have an issue with the snare, as they feel that it does not have enough punch, but why? You don't need that extra punch, especially when layered with the kick and claps. The Hihats are reminiscent of the Roland C78 Hihats. The volca does offer a speaker for more portability but you can run this unit into headphones or a soundcard. My two issues with this is the low output level, meaning the signal has to be compressed when recording into my soundcard, and the only output on this device is the 3.5 mm Jack meant for headphones that are aimed at the average Joe. I wish that it had a 6.5 mm jack to route to my soundcard, making for a much louder signal.

Little Synth, BIG sound.

The MicroKORG has 128 Presets, 37 Mini-Keys and a built in vocoder. There is a massive stigma that comes with the microKORG, in that the mini keys are a problem to some people, but I would say to them just get over it. If you don't like it, then just sell it. The Presets are amazing, the waveforms are digital, but thanks to the processing, and the filters, the thing sounds just as good as a moog but for a fraction of the price!!! Big ups to KORG!

Brilliant Headphones (before they break). Not worth it.

The headphones are light weight, but have a hefty sound. The frequency response is flat after the burn-in period, and are good for not just DJing but also music production. The only issues I have, are the issues of Build quality, wherein they can break after 5 months if handled incorrectly, and the issue of discomfort when wearing for prolonged amounts of time. Apart from these issues, they are amazing for anyone on a budget..... Or so i thought. The headband is absolue S^. It snaps about every 5 months with vigerous use. Would not recommend them to ANYBODY who uses DJ headphones frequently. Not worth £79, More like £10.

Good little controller, More aimed at Beginners

I have been DJing for about a couple years now with only a few sets under my belt. I still use this piece of kit from time to time, but not as much as I used to. There is a lot of functionality for the Price point but I feel that it is lacking in areas such as FX knobs and Performance pads, due to the recent compatibility upgrade that now enables the user to choose between serato DJ intro and VDJ LE. I also noticed that it only has a two band EQ which can be a problem when trying to mix between tracks. I also happened to stumble upon the flaw that there is no filter knob found on other decks including the Mixtrack Pro.

Small, But made 4 Skratchin!!!

The PT-01 Scratch is versatile, good for sampling and scratching, and just for listening to music. The only two things I recommend getting to go with it, are the scratch steady by stokyo, and the MK Head shell weight. Apart from that, it's perfect!!

Brilliant sound, Good quality Build!!!

These speakers may be small, but pack a serious punch when it comes to frequency ranges. However, it does lack slightly in the sub end, as they are only 20W speakers, although you can connect a subwoofer to them using the sub's cable, plugging it into the back of the Right Speaker.

I have actually had people ask me, "how do you get such a clean mix?" and I told them that you don't need to splash out on the latest, professional gear. All you need is a good, reasonably priced pair of speakers, some good mixing and mastering VSTs and the knowledge of frequencies and how to mix them properly.

All in all, Brilliant quality for only £100!!

Brilliant Quality Mic and Headphones for the Professional Sound!!!

I got the Scarlett 2i2 as a bundle for Christmas one year, and now I have the capability to record everything from Guitars to Vocals quickly and effortlessly. The best feature is that it has a built in preamp for the warm vocals that you'd expect from a professional studio.

I rate it 10/10!!!!
