Molly Tuttle's Gear
Molly has posted about this guitar several times on her facebook page, and also mentions it at 2:34 in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Etg152GcDgI
I use a Neumann 105 for vocals onstage, and for my EP I used a Neumann M149. I don’t have a standard guitar mic for in the studio, and when I mic my guitar live I usually just use a 57 or 58.
In this video, the late Preston Thompson discusses the custom D-BA that he and his team built for Molly while she plays the guitar in the background.
Molly's artist profile on the Huss & Dalton website lists two models that she uses: the TD-R and the TOM-M.

In this video from youtube, Mollys discusses this guitar at 2:17, "I have two Huss & Dalton guitars. One of them is actually in an exhibit in the Country Music Hall of Fame right now so I can't use it. They put it in there because that was the guitar I played when I was winning the IBMA guitar award."
Molly Tuttle demos a black Acoustasonic Strat from Fender in this video.

In this Instagram post the owners of Pre-War Guitars Co. share that Molly Tuttle (pictured as well) had stopped in to get a setup done on her personal Herringbone, spec'd with Brazilian Rosewood and the only drop-in saddle they've ever done, with a shadetop finish.
In this article and accompanying video, Molly Tuttle gives a lesson with her Pre-War Guitars Co. Dreadnought, not to be confused with her Herringbone. This guitar is emulating a D-18, with Honduran mahogany back and sides.
Mentioned in the November 2022 edition of Guitar World. Used on the album "Crooked Tree", done in collaboration with The Golden Highway.
Speaking of guitars, on Crooked Tree, Tuttle used a Brazilian rosewood Martin D-28 that she picked up in 2019. “They’re built to replicate guitars from the Thirties,” she says. “To me, it’s as close as a new guitar comes to sounding like an old guitar, and the Brazilian rosewood makes it ring in a really nice way. It almost has a piano-like tone.”
In this youtube video by Guitarist, Molly Tuttle is asked what type of pick she uses and at 5:47 she answers " this is a Dunlop 207, it's their jazz model, I think, so it's pretty thick."
Molly has always used Shubb capos, on the Shubb website she is mentioned and has a statement about them. This picture is from Molly’s Facebook page. From the shubb website:
“Ever since I started playing guitar I have used Shubb capos. I’ve tried many other kinds of capos but always come back to Shubb because they’re designed so well, they’re really easy to use, and I don’t have to worry about my guitar going out of tune when I put one on. I would highly recommend the Shubb Fine Tune capo, not only because it’s easily adjustable and keeps the guitar sounding great and in tune, but also, if you’re like me, a capo that stays on the guitar is a huge plus because you won’t lose it! I’m proud to endorse Shubb capos and look forward to using them for years and years.” – Molly Tuttle
