In this video you can see throughout the video, his mic stand has several ultex Jazz III picks attached to it. He would also toss some of those picks to the crowd, and I along with other people have witnessed and confirmed that he uses 1.38 Dunlop Ultex Jazz III picks. Not the XL series, but the regular ones.

At Dirt Fest in Howell, Michigan on July 12, 2009, Muhammed Suiçmez was seen using an Ibanez RG1527M Prestige 7-string guitar during the live performance of Necrophagist's unreleased song "Dawn and Demise." This is supported by video footage provided by WitnessBrutality on YouTube, with footage shot by Jim Adams.
