In this video you can see throughout the video, his mic stand has several ultex Jazz III picks attached to it. He would also toss some of those picks to the crowd, and I along with other people have witnessed and confirmed that he uses 1.38 Dunlop Ultex Jazz III picks. Not the XL series, but the regular ones.
