I really enjoy the Blue Rain! It always comes through with just the right amount of drive, keeps the attack to a good extent, and doesn't overpower any other tone that might be underneath.

The TKO 115 Tour Series Bass Amp offers a very solid and full bass tone; I have not used bass effects yet, so I'm not sure how it handles effect-heavy bass tone. Low-end bass tone is great, and higher-end is full and precise. Attack delivers well when needed.

Playing with the Epiphone Special II will definitely restrict your tone to a more mid-based sound; the treble option doesn't offer a lot of attack or high-end resonance, and the rhythm option diminishes the attack and presence of the guitar.

While I'm only a few years into being a bassist, this bass has delivered the best tone, in both highs and lows, out of the array of basses I've been playing. Solid, and reliable.

I've always loved using Regular Slinky guitar strings! From my first purchase of these strings a few years back, they've delivered great tone every time, and given just the right amount of resistance between playing rhythm and lead parts.

I've tried a number of different strings over the years, and unfortunately, found that these ones aren't as high quality as most others that I've tried. Much better option to go with Regular Slinky.

The Stratocaster simply is and always will be one of the greatest, most versatile guitar options for alt-rock and indie guitar players. Everything about the guitar is beautiful, from the array of tones that can be produced, to the neck thickness, body feel, and a number of other components.

While not as complicated or expensive as most other pedalboard options, this board is a good, simple starter for a single-chain with a few bigger pedals (i.e. the VP Jr.)

At first, I was skeptical about using the Boss TU-12H because every other guitarist I knew was using more modern-looking tuners like the Polytune, or other, newer Boss tuners. Fortunately, the TU-12H, despite its awkward fit on my pedalboard, has been extremely reliable, very responsive to every note played, and is never hard to read.

The clean tone on the Frontman 212R is beautiful, and highly compatible with my single-chain pedalboard. I've found that with the right amplifier settings, I've been able to avoid using a boost pedal or compressor, because the sound is clear and round. Had a few troubles here and there trying to get certain tones with the drive settings on the amp; the drive will bring up mids and gain by a lot if you want it to, but it's hard to keep the attack.

For such a cheap and often underrated pedal, the Danelectro FAB Chorus has been a staple in my single chain pedalboard for a long time now; its easily manipulable knobs and perfect tone make it the perfect selection for any guitarist who doesn't want to go out of their way paying for a fancy chorus pedal.

I haven't used this pedal much, but when I do, it's great! Set the right tone with the 3 knobs, and it really delivers for a good solo that needs a lot of attack! Easy option for beginner guitarists looking for a crunchy-but-clear sound.

The VP Jr. is a well-known volume pedal among guitarists, mostly for being one of the cheaper options while remaining reliable. While it's not the best, nor is it particularly preferred over other volume pedals for things like swells, manual tremolo, etc., the VP Jr. is the best option for beginner guitarists who are learning the art of creating pedalboards.

The Eventide Space Reverb stompbox is ultimately one of the best reverb pedals in the game. While having a wide selection of reverbs and delays to choose from, it also offers high quality sound in all of the available presets, fitting for a number of different genres of music and styles of playing. On top of that, the many knobs on the stompbox allow for easy manipulability in the event that the sound the guitarist is trying to produce is slightly more complex than what's already offered as a preset. Overall, I love the dozens of presets, and have enjoyed creating my own sounds with the Space!
