In this YouTube video, Pete Wentz discusses his use of a customized Precision Bass.

Pete Wentz is seen with the Fender Custom Shop Pete Wentz PJ Precision Bass, distinguished by its string-through-body bridge and clear pickguard, as shown in a photo from Celebmix.

Pete used a Fender JP-90 back in the early days of Fall Out Boy. It's the bass he used to record Take This to Your Grave.

I asked Patrick Stump years ago via his Twitter ("What gear did Pete use to record Take This to Your Grave?") and he confirmed. You can find several photos of him playing it back in 2003.

At 35:30 of this Rig Rundown, Brian Diaz, Pete's tech, mentions that he swapped the E string tuning machine with a Hipshot Xtender for Pete's bass guitars, and it has been seen on multiple basses in the video.

Pete used the B-15 to record the basses for Take This to Your Grave alongside a Fender JP-90 bass. Proof is a question I asked Patrick Stump via Twitter back in 2011 ("Which gear did Pete use to record Take This to Your Grave?").
