really nice guitar strap, very strange fit
I generally love this strap, it's easy to install and feels good and sturdy quality-wise. Also, I think it's cool that I don't have to get a new strap for every guitar and can just swap it around without having to bother with taking off and putting on strap locks every time. The only thing I don't like about it is how long it is, I am 1,65m, and I'm definitely going to have to shorten it a little, especially if I want to use it while sitting down.

Highly recommended as the first lock strap system
After seeing various professional guitarists with appropriate straps, I bought the Clip Lock System from DiMarzio as my first lock system and I have to say that I am very happy and don't regret the purchase at all. I was a little skeptical at first and was also a little afraid of screwing around on my guitar and possibly accidentally making the drill holes unusable.
However, the installation is very simple - you loosen the screws of the previous belt mounts and screw in the DiMarzio clips according to the screw size. If necessary, there are also tutorials on YouTube where you can get a bit of help. This also helped me a lot with my initial uncertainty.
The belt is made from the same material used for car seat belts. This makes it very flexible, not as stiff as other belts and it sits very comfortably on the shoulder. The buckles also make a very good impression and my initial skepticism about the belt quickly disappeared. DiMarzio also only offers the mounts (without strap), so that the other guitars in the inventory can also be quickly retrofitted with the system.
A clear recommendation to buy!

Safest system out there
The DiMarzio Clip Lock Strap is one of the straps that you see often on both Ibanez and Musicman guitars. It’s a unique take on straps and locking systems in that it uses a quick release buckle that stays attached to the guitar. This guarantees that the strap will stay on your guitar, and you can always guarantee you have a secure connection, unlike certain other guitar straps.
This strap fixes a few things about strap locks currently on the market. Schaller strap locks have an issue with both squeaking during heavy usage and the nut coming loose. The nut issue can be fixed with loctite, but you need to buy the strap lock system again to fix the squeaking. The biggest issue with Dunlop strap locks is that the ball bearings might not fully engage inside the lip. This can cause the guitar to come apart from the strap.
The DiMarzio strap system prevents this, for the most part. There are a few issues with this system, however. The biggest is that the piece that stays attached to the guitar tends to scratch it up. Despite the ends always staying very secure, you should always make sure the screws are tight, and this goes for all strap systems out there.
Overall, this is a really good strap locking system. In fact, I think this is the most secure strap locking system on the market.

Tough!!! Will hold your guitar.
I've been a long time user of this strap. Almost every single one of my guitars (20+) are equipped with one. That basically sums up what I think of it.
The strap ends attach firmly to your guitar. Slightly larger screws make sure it goes in place and it won't come out. They go flush with the guitar body, so, no space wasted. The clip buckles in really nice and smoothly. They are done with military-grade plastic, so, no risk of breaking or warping (and very tough even to get scratched).
You have to be careful when storing the guitar, because the buckles may dent the finish. Just make sure to put them out of the way and use a soft cloth between them and the guitar body, so they won't touch the body.
The strap itself, for my liking, is a bit too long. Nothing that won't get solved with a needle and thread, and it will improve your sowing techniques as well. :-D
Summing up: if you want a strap lock to last forever, BUY IT NOW! Your shoulder may fall off of your body, but the strap will remain attached even through WW3!

Definitely a must have
I first got this strap when I bought my baritone LTD and this strap came with it. It is easily my favourite strap I've ever used. At first I hated it because the first show I played with it, the strap buttons were pulled straight out of my guitar mid song and I ended up using gaffer tape to fix the problem. (And yes, they were properly screwed in and the right size and there was no damage prior). After this, I just bought the larger sized screws for it, as I am a larger sized guy and when I do any guitar spins, there is quite a lot of force that goes with it. The larger screws fixed the problem and it's easily my favourite strap!

Amazing
Ok hear me out - I used it on my P-Bass and it hurt like hell on my shoulder because the strap adjuster was on my collar bone but, when you switch it so the logo is at the bottom of the guitar it feels great and very comfortable. I totally don't freak out about my strap coming off like my old Levys seatbelt strap did. I'm getting them for all of my guitars from now on. I know you could just unclip and use the same strap on any guitar but I'd not want the fuss so just gonna get a strap for each guitar. I bought one cause Boys Like Girls use them.
