Andrés Villalobos' Gear
We get a look at Andy's pedalboard at 0:32. Here we can see the first generation T-Rex Mudhoney. This particulair pedal features black chickenhead knobs and a black T-Rex print to the left of the switch. This same pedal can also be seen with white chickenhead knobs and a T-Rex logo printed on the right of the switch. Although visually diffrent these are the same pedals.
In this video Andy can be seen playing the Player Series Jaguar in a Tidepool finish.
Andy can be seen playing the Fender American Profesional Jaguar in Olympic White at 0:19 in this video. It is clear that it is the American Professional model by the fact that it only has 1 switch on the upper control plate, and a 3 way switch on the lower one. The American Professional model is the only model to have this. Most other Fender Jaguars have 1 switch and 2 rollers on the upper control plate, and 3 switches on the lower one.
Andy can be seen playing a Fender Mustang bass at 0:35.
In the 3rd photo of this instragram post we get a look at Andy's pedalboard. a 4th gen DigiTech Whammy is clearly picture here. It is clearly the 4th generation as the logo on the expression pedal is printed horizontally instead of vertically as on all other generations.
In the 3rd photo of this instragram post we get a look at Andy's pedalboard. A Boss chromatic tuner is clearly pictured here. It is most likely the 2nd gen TU-2, and not the newer TU-3, as the text printed on the pedal appears to be orange. The TU-3 has its text printed in red, whereas the TU-2 has it printed in orange.
Andy can be seen playing a fender silverface Vibrolux Reverb at 1:31. It is clear that it is the Vibrolux and not the Deluxe as the Vibrolux features a switch next to the inputs of both channels. Those switches can also be seen on the amp played by Andy in this video. It is also clearly not a Twin as those feature 4 knobs on the custom channel, whereas this amp features 3.
