Ángel Parra acquired the Fender Stringmaster Double 8 lap steel in the United States, as he mentioned in an interview. He used it for the recording of the albums "Fome," "La Sangre en el Cuerpo," "Hágalo Usted Mismo," and "Coliumo" with Los Tres.
