Chuck Ragan's Gear
I think this has been Chuck's main HWM guitar for almost their entire career. According to Chuck its a 1976 model.
Chuck Ragan was noted to have used a Reverend Charger HB guitar, as discussed in the "12 Questions with Chuck Ragan" interview on Reverendguitars. However, he appears to have returned to primarily using his Les Paul.
Chuck played a brown Les Paul Junior Tribute DC in early 2020 while on the No Division/Caution tour
Chuck Ragan uses Martin SP Lifespan 92/8 Phosphor Bronze Medium strings, as mentioned in his Instagram post. He highlights their durability and tonal quality while preparing for a performance at Crucial Fest in Salt Lake City.
Chuck posted picture of this amp on his instagram, so I guess he uses this model too
I also have a Tiny Terror Combo which is one of the greatest things since poly urethane skateboard wheels!

In a photo featured by Ink19, Chuck Ragan is seen playing a Gibson Les Paul Studio Electric Guitar. The guitar's lack of binding and dot inlays suggests it is a model from the 1990s.
You can see these dunlop picks laying on Chuck's amp

Used as backup guitar to his Reverend charger HH for some shows in the Hot Water Music Exister tour
At 12th second of Drown In It live at the Hurley Studio video the BOSS TU-3 can be seen with MXR Classic Overdrive and other pedal I don't know name of.
This guitar can be seen in the acoustic State Of Grace and The Traps videos. The guitar in the video has different tuning machines and probably no strap button. I think it's D-140, because it has white binding and the pattern on a headstock.
You can see a Martin HD-28 guitar that Chuck calls Abby on a photo from his instagram

From 1999 to 2001, Chuck Ragan can be seen using the Mesa/Boogie Dual Rectifier Solo Head during Hot Water Music's live performances, as captured in a 1999 Chicago concert video on YouTube by Badorties.
