Cole Rolland's Gear
In this instagram post, Cole shows off his new Taylor 912ce Builders Edition. This guitar is (as of now) his latest guitar and he has been heard saying (in between sessions of slapping his thighs on camera) that this is his favourite guitar in his collection, poor Kiesel!
This is Cole's DC600 (I believe his second one) that is custom ordered to include beveled edges, gold hardware and a Burl Maple Top that is painted in a Pink Center/Purple Burst California Burst (- Kiesel). It is loaded with a set of 81/85 EMG Metal Works Pickups in Brushed Black Chrome. This guitar also features an Iron Age non-LED Killswitch installed just behind the master tone knob.
This is Cole's DC600 Artist Signature Model, "Midnight". It is a matte black version of Cole's other DC600 guitars so naturally it features his favourite pickups, EMG Brushed Black Chrome Metal Works 81/85's. This guitar was part of a limited edition run in the last months of 2020 in collaboration with Kiesel.
This is Cole's DC600 (His first as far as I am aware). This guitar is finished in a transparent Deep Blue which is then covered by a transparent black layer. This DC600 features a burl maple top with gold hardware and Cole's favourite EMG pickups (Brushed Black Chrome Metal Works 81/85's).
This pedal was custom -made in 2021 by Austin Luttrell (Fresh1492) for Cole. It is based off of a Catalinbread DLS MKIII which is a transistor based pre-amp designed to transform an amp's tone into a Marshall Plexi-like sound.
According to the Lewitt website, Cole uses a lct 540 mic. Cole likes how quality, and consistent Lewitt mics are
