Connor Doyle

Connor Doyle shows and talks about his Fender American Professional Jazzmaster in Mystic Seafoam finish with a maple fingerboard.

"The Jazzmaster, I always thought was like the super Fender when you get aggressive it gets really aggressive when you get clean it's really clean. It's two parts of my brain, one wants to master the instrument and be beautiful and lush and huge, and another part the crazy, aggressive noises that a guitar can make. I don't think I can comfortably describe my style. The guitar is like my voice and when I'm playing I want my head to like, remove from my body, and kind of get wrapped up in the sound. My relationship with the guitar is kind of like my platonic life partner that never leaves me. It comes out of my voice. It is my voice. It's an extension of what I want to hear. If you don't like that sound there's like probably something wrong with you. You know? Like you might wanna go see a doctor."

In this Instagram posted by Connor Doyle, he shows off his Fender American Standard Stratocaster and says, "Solid GOLD. 2015 American standard strat in quite the limited purdy color with a little #klon thrown in there. Party on. @fenderguitar"

Judging by this Instagram photo, Doyle also uses the Fender PM-1 paramount series guitar.

Doyle bought this guitar at the Chicago Music Exchange. Apart from this blue one, he is also noted to play the red one.

This guitar was given to Doyle by Fender; he used it for the upcoming show at the SXSW.

In this photo, Doyle announced that his blue Fender Jaguar now also employs the Mastery Bridge.
