In this video David restored a brady snare. this snare was found at a local thrift store. he had to do some major repare to the snare. he had to repare a crack by regluing the snare. he also replaced the lugs, and sanded down the wood.

In this video, David modifys two splashs. one splash he modifys is the x20 splash. He modifys it by drilling a pattern of holes in the cymbal. He did this to resemble the aero cymbal hole pattern

In this video David shows off the Ludwig standard Kit he bought. He states that he bought it in a Good Will auction. He states that the kit was for a stupidly good price. The kit came without a floor tom. To add to the kit he added a Ludwig floor tom he bought used. He also added the vistalite snare he owns to complete his setup

In this video David tries out a DW collectors maple drum kit. David states that he likes how sturdy the drums are. This allowed him to really lay into the drums. He also liked how resonant, and easy to tune the drums were. One of the things that he doesn't like is the price. David states that you can get a similar sounding kit for a lot cheaper. He also didn't like that he had to get new tom mounts to fit the drums. the DW kit uses a fatter mount. Although david liked how easy the kit stayed in tune, He didn't like that it took forever to tune due to the DW true pitch tension rods. overall David states that he would definitely recommend these drums if you have the money.

In this video David trys out a Dw collector series maple kit. With the kit David also got a matching Maple Snare. One thing he likes is the 5 way but plate which isn't on most drums. One thing he doesn't like is that even though it is easier to tune, and stays in tune well, it takes forever to tune because of the true pitch tension rods

In this video David shows off the his Gretsch Stop Sign Badge kit. David states that this kit is from the early to mid 70s. David got this Kit used from his local Sam Ash. David states that this is the third gretsch he owned. He never played his other gretch kits on his channel because, the other kits were either not complete or not in working condition.

In this post David shows off the Vic firth Freestyle sticks he uses. David at first thought the Freestyle series was a joke and a gimmick. Once he tried out the sticks he came to really like them. He likes that they are essentially a longer 5b with a slightly different taper.

In this post David shows off his Sabian FRX crash. The FRX cymbals are lower volume cymbals. the cymbals have several holes in them that help reduce the frequency of the cymbal. The FRX line are supposed to be a cymbal with less volume, but not a quite cymbal. David did a video on his channel where he tried to see if he could make a DIY FRX cymbal

In this post David shows off his customized Meinl classics china. David tried seeing if he could make a DIY holy china. He did this by Drilling a certain amount of holes into the cymbal. The holes changed the sound of the cymbal, but did not quite give it the tone of the holy china

In this video David talks about one of his ride cymbals. He states it is a 22 inch brass ride. He got if with a kit that was bought from good will. All he could find about the cymbal is the size, as well as the made in Japan stamp

In this video David talks about some of the gear he uses. One of the cymbals he uses is a Prototype Saluda crash. Saluda made this crash for him as a payment for demoing some of their other cymbals. David Likes that the cymbal has a good mix of trash and brilliance to it
