In this acoustic performance of Hudson Line by Mercury Rev (or at least the two main brains behind the band), we can see Grasshopper playing through a G&L Doheny. The headstock, bridge and control layout give away that it is specifically a Doheny and not a regular Jazzmaster. The sticker behind the bridge is a vintage Hudson Oil Company “Hudson Regular” decal, both in reference to the song and to where the band is based.
