In this Guitar World article, IV's guitar tech "Billy" confirms IV is using the Jackson X Series Soloist Arch Top SLAT8 MS with active EMG 909 humbuckers. The guitar is tuned down to double drop E (EAEADGBE) and strung with 10-84 gauge strings. This was used for the bulk Sleep Token's live sets before IV received his custom shop Jackson guitars.

IV uses the Richter Straps Nergal Raw II/Vintage Black Strap during live performances and has stated that he uses it continuously, as evidenced by an image available on Equipboard.

In the YouTube video titled "Sleep Token - 'The Offering' (live in Dallas, 2019)," IV is seen playing an Ibanez M8M during their first show in Dallas on November 10th, 2019. The guitar is clearly identifiable at the 3:13 mark. The video was recorded by WehlerDealer and documents their performance at the House of Blues.
